Could you try to make it a Quicktime movie, or at least use a Quicktime compatible codec, it would make it easier to see.
First of, it feels very slow and very linear, try putting in some accents etc.
You could rotate the feet a bit to make it more intresting : )
Make arcs! You should insert some down positions. Bending the body would be nice too, makes it more dynamic.
I suppose you haven't worked on the arms, so I won't comment on that.
Hope this helps a bit, cya shiroii

You have to copy the link address, paste it into the url field and hit enter. I don't know about other browser, but in Opera there's this handy right-click feature which let you copy any link address you want, must be something like that in IE too I guess.

Thanks I can see it now.
I agree with Shiroii you need to bend the body, and put some arcs as well.
I can see you have the general idea of the weight shift, but you need to go through your blocking and look at it closer. For example, his right foot really stretches out to reach the step. I don't know how much you are bringing the root down vertically, but if he was to step out this far, his center of gravity would have to adjust ( move down) to reach it. Also it look like you need to smooth out your keys on the roots. Probably as Shiroii said its Linear, check your curves.
Once you have that you can go in and rotate the spine more, rather than just rotating the root.
That's all for now, because my lunch break is over and I need to get back to work!!
